Ubershot vitamin levels are higher than Recommended Daily Allowances. Why?
RDAs represent the level of nutrients required for basic health of an average human. An increasing number of scientists and nutritionists claim that the RDAs are set far too low, and that generally much higher doses are required to maintain optimum health. There is a wealth of scientific evidence which supports the idea that taking nutrients in excess of the RDA can be a safe and effective way to enhance health and prevent illness. The B vitamin levels in Übershot are within safe limits. B-vitamins are water-soluble. Your body cannot store water-soluble vitamins, so it needs a steady supply to perform at its best.

8500% of Vitamin B12 and 500% of Vitamin B6? Is that safe?
The levels of Vitamins B12 and B6 in Übershot are most definitely safe. The Food Standards Agency has a recommended safe upper limit of 2000μg Vitamin B12 per day; Ubershot only contains 85μg. In fact, doses as high as 1000μg are commonly used to safely treat pernicious anaemia. The Food Standards Agency advises that adverse side effects can be detected in Vitamin B6 consumption exceeding 200mg per day; Ubershot only contains 10mg of Vitamin B6. Has Ubershot been approved by the Food Standards Agency?
Ubershot falls into the category of food supplements. The FSA does not approve products individually but sets out rules and guidelines which apply to products such as Ubershot. Our product has been tested for safety and checked against regulation by experts at the leading independent food specialist Leatherhead Food International.

My skin is itchy and I feel a little hot. What is going on?
You are experiencing a Niacin flush. Some individuals are sensitive to elevated levels of Niacin (Vitamin B3). The flushing is a result of the Niacin in Übershot increasing blood low near the skin. It will go away after a few minutes, and you may not experience a Niacin flush again in the future. To avoid a Niacin flush drink half a bottle or less, reseal and save the rest for later.

How many bottles of Ubershot can I have per day?
One Ubershot will keep you going for hours, so you probably will not need another one until the next day. For those extra-busy workdays, we recommend having no more than 2 bottles within one day, spaced several hours apart.

Who should not have an Ubershot?
Ubershot is not suitable for children, pregnant women and those sensitive to caffeine.

What is NOT in Ubershot?
Amongst other things Ubershot does not contain gluten, nuts or lactose. It is also free of Aspartame, Acesulfame K and artificial flavours and colourings. It is non-carbonated and free of sugar.

Is Ubershot recyclable?
Ubershot aluminium bottles are 100% recyclable. Recycling aluminium requires only 5% of the energy and produces only 5% of the CO₂ emissions of primary aluminium production. Aluminium can be recycled indefinitely, as reprocessing does not damage its structure. Aluminium is also the most cost-effective material to recycle. Please recycle your Ubershots whenever possible.
